Exhibitors

Rate & Payment Fees: $2,500 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.

Payment: Full payment must accompany the Application/Contract. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Booth assignments are not secure until paid in full.

Booth Package

Included with the booth space is pipe and drape, 24-hour security, and each exhibiting company receives two full complimentary conference registrations per booth. Exhibitor badges allow acces to the general sessions of the conference and the exhibit hall. Also included are a draped 6' table and two chairs plus wastebasket per booth, daily cleaning, and normal electrical needs. The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Cancellation Policy

Notice to cancel exhibit space and/or sponsorships must be faxed to MySQL. The exhibit space is non-refundable.

Service Contractor

MySQL has selected Pacific Convention Services as the official service contractor. Electrical services, furniture, lighting, floral services, telephone, freight, labor to set-up and tear down, drayage and other special requirements must be arranged through the service contractor. Information will be available on our web site approximately 90 days prior to the meeting, or contact the service contractor at:
